..Uzbekistan - 100,000 So'm Dated 2019

This is an odd issue of 100,000 so'm and is printed with the year date of 2019. This note was reportedly issued in 2021. I believe this is a sole issue and is not part of the 2013 and 2017 series, and I also do not believe this is related to the 2021 series either, as the themes are not the same.
 
This note honored the astronomer and mathematician, Mirzo Ulug'bek (b.1394-1449).

One Hundred Thousand So'm

On the front of the note, it depicts the statue of Mirzo Ulug'bek (Ulugh Beg Mirza). He was born in Iran. During his lifetime, he was known for his work as an astronomer and mathematician.
 
On the back is the Mirzo Ulug'bek observatory which was named after him. This observatory was built in 1420. 
 
Dated 2019 but released in 2021.
