This note was issued on 01.11.2015 commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the founding of University of Tehran (UT). The University was established in 1934 and it is also commonly known as the Mother University of Iran. The main University is located in the central part of Tehran but also has campuses located across the capital city.
Designs
Front -
the portrait of the late Iranian Supreme Leader Ruhollah Musavi Khomeini (b.1902-1989). He was the Supreme leader of Iran from 1979 until his death. Khomeini was born in Khomeyn in Iran and went into exile in 1964. He returned back to Iran in 1979 following the fall of the Shah of Iran's government. He died of heart attack on 03.06.1989, aged 86. Since 1979, almost all new notes issued are printed with his portrait printed on the front.
Back - On the back it appears to be the image of the planet Saturn on the right and the main entrance gate to the University of Tehran. The following texts are also printed on the note in both Farsi and English by Ferdowsi. Ferdowsi (b.940-1020) was a Persian poet: -
"Capable is the one who is wise.
Knowledge makes the old heart young.
Ferdowsi".

Whilst this note was issued in 2015 and it has been reported that this note commemorates the 80th year of the University of Tehran (1934-2014), there is nothing to say that this note was issued for this purpose. In addition to this, I am also unable to find any year date printed on the note too, unless they are printed in Farsi on the front.
