...Kazakhstan - 2014 Prints

This is an interesting issue. These two notes issued both have the year date of 2014 but only one has a signature on the back and the other has none. It is not sure these notes were issued in such a manner, but could it be done by two different imprinters? I have no info as to which one was issued first.
