Here is a complete set of Franklin Mint Specimen set issued in 1978. This set consists of seven notes. This set was issued mainly to collectors and was sold for US$14 per set. Among the Franklin Mint specimen issues, this is the rarest set.

I am happy to say that I have a complete set of all Franklin Mint specimen issues in my collection.
